INFORNA - Sequence Design

INFO-RNA is a server for the design of RNA sequences that fold into a given pseudo-knot free RNA secondary structure. Here, you can get an example of the settings and the results. Some hints how to handle structures including small pseudo-knots can be found in the Help page.

Note: SECISDesign is not maintained anymore.
The source code is available at http://www.bioinf.uni-freiburg.de/Software/

For articles describing the tool refer to the reference section below. Please cite us when using our tools.
For more information check the help page.

Try INFORNA with this example: Hairpin loop (input|result) ?

Note: the INFORNA webserver will be offline for maintenance from 25/07/2017 to 26/07/2017.

Due to construction work at the computing center of the University of Freiburg, we have to temporarily stop the Freiburg RNA tools service. We will restart the service as soon as possible.

We apologize for the inconvenience.
